Brown Stew Chicken
Ingredients list

1kg chicken cut of choice
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper to preference (about 1/2 tsp)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
2 heaping tbsp green seasoning
Fresh thyme (and any other herbs of choice)
1/2 tsp browning
1 small carrot
2-3 tbsp ketchup
4 cups water
