These are the same steps for Prepar3D v2 \ v3 and v4.
Deleting the UISettings.xml file will Not effect any of your settings or 3rd party software (Add On's)
This file will generate again as default when you launch Prepar3D

Your UISettings.xml file can be found at the location below.
Local Disk (C:) ► Users ► You ► AppData ► Roaming ► Lockheed Martin ► Prepar3D - UISettings.xml
For Windows 7, 8 and 10 users there is a quick way of finding the UISettings.xml file
Copy the TEX below and Paste it into your windows search bar, This will bring you directly to the correct location.
Use your version of Prepar3D.........
%APPDATA%\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4
%APPDATA%\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3
%APPDATA%\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v2
Delete this file below and then launch Prepar3D and test

Another way of finding this location is to Insure you have correct settings applied in File Explorer
Type "Folder Options" Into the windows search bar and click on it.
Click "View"
Tick the Circle for "Show hidden files, folders and drives" and click Apply
