Diary#8. Alexey Tkachev «Bulgakov»/Алексей Ткачев «Булгаков»
– My name is Alexey Tkachev, and my musical nickname is Bulgakov. I am a professional musician and I really love Heavy Metal music. We perform covers of the rock band "Aria" with the band "Roxy". Personally, I work in the Theater of Music and Song of the city of Lugansk.
Personally, when the mobilization began, I thought a lot. I am tired of the fact that in Lugansk, I speak for Lugansk, I have also been to Donetsk and talked with guys there, shelling happens very often, civilians suffer. And all this happens with the tacit consent of those cities that are located in Ukraine. When the military operation began to take place particularly on the territories of Ukraine, people began to come out to rallies against the war, and I think why did you guys, when children or old people died here in Lugansk for all eight years, did not come out to rallies against the war? To be honest, I didn't have a special desire to rush to fight, but I didn't want to hide either.
When I come to civilian life and I will rethink all this... naturally, I will not return to civilian life the same as I was, and I will look at everything in another way. Because something that was seen here, I don't want anyone to see. I want peace on our land, where I was born, where I studied, grew up, where I have friends, family. So that we can work, make, create and construct.
