Chargie - A Hardware Smartphone Battery Saver!
I'm using two Chargies to manage the charging on an Android phone and on an iPhone, without any rooting or jail breaking required. Apart from monitoring battery charging temperature and percentage overnight, it also helps prevent charging my iPhone continuously to 100% while I'm driving and have it plugged in for Apple CarPlay to operate.
