To add custom sounds to Action Sounds. The sound file has to be in the .ogg format. But you would place your custom sound somewhere easy to find. I named the mario super star sound hero.ogg and put it in Interface\Addons\hero.ogg then in Action Sounds you would click Custom and it will bring up a file path location, for mine I just put Interface\Addons\hero.ogg and then clicked back and then Test and it worked. I found the super star sound effect on the mario wiki
