The Ultimate Athlete Monitoring Toolkit (UAMT) in Google Sheets
Athlete Performance Testing
Module 2: Performance Testing Fundamentals
#2.2: Database Calculations and Tips

WHAT WE LEARN
In this tutorial video, we learn how to create calculations within an athlete performance testing database we developed in Module 2.1 (“Performance Testing Database Setup”) of the Ultimate Athlete Monitoring Toolkit (UAMT) in Google Sheets. These calculations include predicted one-repetition maximums (1RMs), relative strength indexes, and average and maximum countermovement jump heights from multiple trials of jumps. We also learn about array formulas in Google Sheets and why they can cause major problems if you aren’t careful.
