===== ABOUT ANGEL =====
Pretty much the same deal as in KOF2002. Angel is perhaps one of the KOF characters that is completely noob-unfriendly... she is one of those fighting game characters where you need to become semi-natural with in order to use her effectively.
===== ABOUT KUSANAGI =====
Pretty much the same as in KOF2002. Kusanagi operates much like a "classic" version of Kyo, and is easy to pick up and play effectively. His close-up Strong Punch can cancel and combo into all but one of his Special moves, and even his MAX2 super.
===== OTHER INFORMATION / TRIVIA =====
---- Angel has the honour of being a PS2 version-only exclusive character. She does not appear in the other ports of the game.
---- Kusanagi is a console version exclusive character, meaning that he does not appear in the Arcade version of the game.
---- They do not appear as opponents in the regular single-player modes of the game.
---- The game's character artwork was produced by Tomokazu Nakano, who had produced artwork for the Power Instinct games.
===== ABOUT KOF NEOWAVE =====
The game is basically a drastically altered version of KOF2002 with many different and extra features, one of the most significant being the inclusion of an all-new AOF2 version of Geese Howard as the game's end boss. Neowave is a Dream Match, meaning that it is non-canonical and not counted in the new numeral progression of the series, which KOFXI started. The game was developed specifically to test the Atomiswave hardware.
