Google Back up and Sync
Google Back up and Sync is an app for MAC and PC that backs up files and photos safely in Google Drive, so they are no longer trapped on your computer and other devices. You will just choose the folders you want to back up ( or keep the default settings of everything) and Google will take care of the rest.
The great thing is if your computer crashes or you have to move to a new room with a new computer, all of your information will be saved to your Google Drive and can be accessed anywhere. You can also save things that you need on your new desktop easily from the back up an sync in your drive.
