1 Without Payment no dispatch.
2 No exchange No Return No Refund on dislike basis. We try to give best, but every customer taste n preference is different.
3 Parcel Opening Video is compulsory unboxing parcel video required in case of any damage or wrong and missing item. Issue must be clear in video without any pause or cut and reported within 24 hours of receiving parcel.
Aftr 24 hours We can't do Anything. No excuse like customer was out of station or they came to know later.
5 Slightly colour vary or light-dark due to digital photography or mobile-computer monitor settings.
6*Dispatch will be done in 24-48 working hours from the time of payment.Tracking is not possible for all the orders. *Max time of delivery is 10 working days. Due to heavy dispatch sometimes tracking may get delayed but it is always dispatched on time.
7 small issues like thread missing,zari missing Removable stain or spot, open stitching are not considered as damage.
8 Shipping charge are fixed so strictly no bargain.
9 always share screenshot after payment.
10 Costumization orders takes more than 15-20 days or more
