After you log in the app, you can search for the rock lights Bluetooth signal and clink to connect and then control the lights.
Besides, On our APP for Android Devices, you can try this way again if you can not searchlights signal.
Open the App -- Click the Manual Search (On the Left top) -- Click Bluetooth Mode (On the right top) -- Change to Bluetooth Low Energy
