In this episode, we'll take a house tour of Kopola Partners' tropical-style home that successfully combines maximum privacy with exceptional interior comfort.
The house, named "Bona House of Yards," has a truly unique character. From the outside, its facade appears tightly enclosed with a private monochrome feel, but once inside, the atmosphere drastically changes, becoming very warm and spacious. Sitting on a 152 m² plot with a two-story building measuring 197 m², this house maximizes air circulation and light through its numerous gardens.
The use of plywood and wood-patterned HPL on the interior and ceiling creates a very homey feel, beautifully combined with the matching granite flooring. We'll also see interesting details like the use of solid surfaces in the kitchen and the unique bathroom with terrazzo tiles. An inspiring tropical home that proves that being closed from the outside doesn't mean being dark inside.
