Beef Soup
We cook Georgian hurcho at home. Very tasty beef soup with rice. I added potatoes, as I like. But in the classical version it is not. But, be sure to try my recipe.
Products (for 2 servings)
Beef - 250 g
Potatoes - 100 g
Rice - 40 g
Onion - 100 g
Tomatoes - 200 g
Tomato paste - 30 g
Vegetable oil - 30 g
Sugar - 1 pinch
Cilantro - to taste
Garlic - 1 tooth
Salt - to taste
Spices (ucco-suneli, hops-suneli, dry garlic) - to taste
