How to add text to a curve or shape in Xara Designer Pro X? It's quite easy. As soon as you have your text and the desired shape, you can add your text to the curve with a single click. The beauty of it is that even once the text has been added to the shape, it retains editing and flexibility.
You can edit the text right on the curve, change the font, colour and other properties, you can change the baseline shift and you can even edit the shape and the text will automatically adapt and follow the curve.
You can also align or justify the text any way you like, directly on the shape. In this case, the shape with text on it behaves like any other line of text - it has a left/right/center alignment, edges and more!
