What is SectionSync LITE?
SectionSync LITE is an AutoLISP routine for AutoCAD on Windows that speeds up creating and updating sections along a baseline (alignment).
It is aimed at civil CAD workflows – roadway, site, grading, and utility plans – where you are constantly cutting typical sections and dealing with revisions.
This video walks through the core workflow so you can see how it behaves in a real drawing.

• People who are tired of rebuilding sections from scratch for every design change
• CAD users who like automation but do not want to write and maintain AutoLISP themselves

• Reduce repetitive trimming, offsetting, and cleanup in typical civil sections
The LITE version focuses on the core workflow. A future PRO version and a Civil Section Suite bundle are planned.
Basic workflow shown in this demo
• Starting from an existing baseline or alignment in AutoCAD
• Selecting or defining key points or stations
• Generating section geometry in a repeatable way
• Updating sections when geometry or alignment changes
(Exact commands and options may evolve as minor updates are released.)
Requirements
• AutoCAD (full version) on Windows
• Ability to load AutoLISP or VLX routines (standard AutoCAD functionality)
• Basic comfort with support paths or startup routines if you want it to autoload
Note: SectionSync LITE has not been formally tested on AutoCAD LT or verticals (for example, Civil 3D). Use at your own discretion in those environments.
