Skyrim - Mage Build Guide - Ordinator
Playing a pure mage in Skyrim can be daunting. The permutations of skills, perks, spells, and enchantments to master seem nearly infinite. Even moreso with gameplay overhauls and spell pack mods in the mix. So the main challenge of the Pure Mage build is really just managing all of these aspects, and grouping and using them in ways that reflect a coherent gampelay flow that is easy to understand, and most importantly fun to play. And that's exactly what I'll show you in this video.
Over the course of this build guide, I'll go over the key mods I used, and how to best leverage them. If you're a vanilla player, you may find some useful info or inspiration as well, so don't click away just yet!
We'll then look at Race, Skills, and Birthsign. Then I'll go over the Standing Stones and Religion I used in this build. Followed by attributes ratio and an in depth look at the perks I used.
Then, we'll look at the enchanted Gear I used both on my character and my follower. Followed by a deep-dive into the spells and shouts I used for the playthrough, both modded and vanilla.
Then it's story time with a discussion about the roleplay I used in the playthrough.
And we'll end the video with everyone's favorite part, the gameplay combos. Here, I'll show you the coolest, most novel, and interesting synergies and combos I found during my playthrough.
