Just got to Gramblr.com
Download Gramblr.
Install and sign up to Gramblr and log into your Instagram account.
Now you can drag your video or image from whatever folder its saved into Gramblr. The video I wanted to upload was 28 Megabytes (a big file size) otherwise I would have emailed it to myself from my computer and then opened the email on my iphone and download n save the video from my emails onto my phone as I usually did in the past
With Gramblr you can upload pics and videos to your instagram from your computer.
So if you edit photos and videos on your PC now you can upload your visual masterpieces.
Select your image frame and click the thumbs up,
Now Enter your caption, hashtags etc. For mine I copied and pasted the caption with all the hashtags from a notepad.
Click SEND
Click on your Instagram Profile and see it uploaded.
The video I uploaded to my instagram has audio but my screen capture program has the audio turned off so you can't hear it.
