My top 10 benefits of cold water swimming, plus some bonus ones. After a full winter of cold water swims in the sea, I discovered that I quite like it...so I thought I'd share my reasons for still doing it. There's plenty of scientific evidence that cold water swimming is beneficial, I thought I'd test it myself.
