Item Types and Expressions 09: Item Type Last Valid Value
Last Valid Value is an option on all item types that use expressions. Essentially it is a value that is used when the item type express cannot evaluate. Why would an expression not evaluate? Perhaps the dgn was opened in MicroStation which cannot process a civil expression, or it is opened in a Workspace that does not have the correct Excel lookup spreadsheet.
