MIUI 9 Global Beta ROM 7.8.31 Changelog Preview: Home Screen and Bug Fixes
Home Screen
Users can set their main Home screen in the editing mode.
After upgrading to MIUI 7.8.31 this Friday, you can enter the editing mode and tap 'Default screen setting' to set any screen as Home screen.
Important Bug Fixes:
GPS signal issue
Some users have reported that the GPS is always in searching mode while using Google maps, Uber, Ola or any other location related application. This issue is now resolved.
Messaging app
In previous version, the receiving time for messages were unable to change to 12 Hours Format even if the system time was set to 24 Hours Format. This issue is now resolved.
Third-party application
The WhatsApp FC issue which happened under split screen mode has finally been resolved
