Block Applications ( Programs ) from running using the registry - Windows Tutorial
In this Windows tutorial I demonstrate how to block an application from running for a user with a limited account using the windows registry. The steps shown in the video must be done from an Administrator account on the PC, and they would be best used to modify the settings on a separate account that was setup as a limited or standard user, not another admin account. The video shows the steps with XP but will work basically the same way in Windows 7.
