Apple DOS Trojan
Thanks to snake88usa ( / snake88usa ) for writing and sending this one in.
The Apple trojan activates on the 24th of every month, when it plays a tune and displays a full screen message, while overwriting autoexec.bat with a command to run itself on each boot. Pretty annoying, but not too difficult to remove.
