Known Issues. These will be worked on.:
Some characters, like Mona and 9-Volt don't have their round-transition music sped up.
This code currently doesn't affect Ultra League.
Enable the code once you're in the character's games. Not doing so will crash. Not sure if me and my two brain cells can fix that one.
