190111 • Live Setup (Acid Causality)
While rehearsing for an upcoming concert at Bar Laika here in Brooklyn (which I can almost guarantee will sound nothing like this, at all) I came across this lovely combination of sounds: acid from the Eowave Domino, drums from 2x Erica Pico Drums, Expert Sleepers General CV, & Antumbra Atom, plus the newly reconfigured double 3-voice "Generators" canon patch from a mixed assortment of oscillators (WMD, Instruo, Make Noise, Intellijel, Noise Engineering) with the whole thing being fed in a L/R array through either the Erbe Verb or a chain of Meris pedals including the newly-implemented Enzo (which works remarkably well in tracking pitch, FYI).
I have been working towards recording a suite of music in this style over the past 3 months & I'm finally getting close to finalizing it, but for now enjoy this rough & ready bit, somewhat distorted in-camera, which lends to a certain charm...
