One of the problem we often face in ediscovery and especially in forensic collection is having consistent names assigned to individuals. Sometimes it is full name, nickname, phone number or combination of the above.
In this chapter of Message Crawler of video manual, I’m showing a way to look at your data and find all variations of people’s names. Once you have names list created, you can “reconcile” multiple names to create consistent name for individuals.
