One I served with pico de Gallo and the other with sour kraut and mustard. Which one you going for first?

Cook then on medium heat until the bacon is nice and crispy. I served them on a toasted bun.

1 tomato
1 jalapeño pepper
1/4 red onion
1/4 bunch cilantro
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
