The man was waiting to hitch a ride on the side of the road, but no one stopped for him. He became aggressive and chased a car down, but the driver did not give him a ride. After a few hours of waiting, he thought that the police could help, but he didn't know that in Liberty County, having a broken-down vehicle is illegal. So after that, he got sent to jail, where he remains to this day.
