Steps
Plug the USB drive into your Windows PC.
Open File Explorer → confirm the USB drive appears (e.g., E:\).
Access your Synology NAS:
In File Explorer address bar, type:
\\NAS-IP-ADDRESS
or
\\NAS-NAME
Log in with your NAS credentials if prompted.
Open the target shared folder on the NAS.
Drag & drop or Copy / Paste files from USB → NAS.

Method 2: Map NAS as a Network Drive (Recommended)
Better reliability and easier repeat access.
Steps
Open File Explorer → This PC
Click Map network drive
Choose a drive letter (e.g., Z:)
Folder:
\\NAS-IP-ADDRESS\SharedFolder
Check Reconnect at sign-in
Enter NAS credentials
Copy files from USB → mapped drive
