In this session we will introduce the Microsoft Defender for Containers plan, a new Kubernetes security offering by Microsoft Defender for Cloud announced on December 6th 2020. The new offering includes at scale onboarding, auto discovery of resources with Kubernetes-native deployment providing hardening controls, vulnerability assessment, and run-time protection for your Azure, hybrid, and multi-cloud Kubernetes workloads. The new plan merges two existing Defender plans, Microsoft Defender for Kubernetes and Microsoft Defender for container registries, in addition to new and improved features.
