There are three main types of tokens in the game - Scholar, Power and Merchant - and they all come in handy at various points. The Scholar Tokens are good for bribing the learned fellows of Baghdad, Power Tokens are used to get mercenaries on side and Merchant Tokens can be used to open certain chests, bribe merchants or reduce prices in shops.
Of all the tokens that you can get in Assassin's Creed Mirage, the Merchants are the best, because they're used so often. However, the are only so many contracts to fulfill, so if you want to go beyond this then you need to push the second option more and pick more pockets.
However, Mirage only refers to how to get more of them in fleeting mentions, so it;s easy to miss the key points. Follow along with the mini tutorial to find out everything you need to know about tokens and how to build up a good stash.
