STARFIELD Combat Perk Tier List 1.0. Very Hard Mode
SO you want to know how good the combat perks are in starfield very hard? This is based on over 100 hours in Very Hard running different builds/weapons. I will make a followup vid after 200 hours of playtime and I am open to feedback if I am wrong/factually incorrect about damage values/build efficiency.
