How to turn on Read Receipts for
Are you using read receipts?
In gmail, this is how you set up your read receipts. In the bottom of your email select the three dots or ellipsis. Then select the option for read receipts so that you can see when the email has been read.

When do you send an email from messages you can automatically see how many times your email has been viewed!!!
