In this video, I show you how to run a fully functional Ubuntu desktop environment on your Android phone — without rooting it or losing any data. This is not a stripped-down Linux environment. This is the real Ubuntu, with full phone storage access, a proper desktop, and support for tools like VS Code, Claude Code, Cursor AI, Blender, and even PC games.
I built an entire gym website inside VS Code using Claude Code powered by Ollama — completely free, running locally on my phone. I also ran the Cursor AI code editor, Blender, and Open Arena, all on the same device.
Everything is done using Termux and Termux X11 with simple copy-paste commands. No root. No data loss.
