G.N. Sytin began developing his method after being seriously wounded in World War II. Doctors assigned him a first-degree disability, "encouraged" him by the knowledge that the pain wouldn't last long—no one with such injuries could survive long—and sent him home. Georgy Nikolayevich "disagreed" with the doctors and began to fight the illness himself. After some time, he not only recovered but was also declared fit for active duty by the medical commission. Psychology, self-hypnosis, and autogenic training helped him achieve this.
In 1948, Georgy Nikolayevich began implementing his "idea"—healing and rejuvenating the body through the use of "words." To achieve this, he began studying medicine, psychology, and philosophy (the titles he earned (higher) speak for themselves), understanding how words affect the body, and "working" with ancient prayers, incantations, and spells. This resulted in the creation of the SOEVS method (verbal-figurative emotional-volitional self-persuasion), or more simply, "Sytin's Attitudes."
The SOEVS method is based on the medically proven principle that speech and thoughts influence the human subconscious (words heal, words cripple; when I remember them, I shudder). Another question is what words and phrases to choose for the most effective impact?

Sytin's Attitudes were constantly tested on various technical equipment. Using sensors, all possible readings of the body's reactions to speech were recorded.
The SOEVS method, successfully used in healthcare, sports, and at cosmonaut training centers, is aimed at managing all body systems. It is believed to offer the ability to restore health even to those with "incurable" diseases.
"Sytin's Attitudes" are carefully selected, carefully curated texts, each tailored to a specific "problem." Regular repetition of these texts, penetrating the subconscious, promotes healing.
