Split-Control is the minimally invasive alternative to osteotomes. Bone Spreading and Bone Condensing
with special screw like instruments (spreaders) achieve a
controlled and standardised dilatation of horizontally resorbed bone and a gentle densification of cancellous bone. The alveolar ridge can be optimally prepared for
the subsequent process of implant insertion while maintaining the existing bone substance without complicated horizontal or vertical bone grafting.
Split-Control ist die minimalinvasive Alternative zu Hammer und Meißel. Durch Bone Spreading und Bone Condensing mit speziellen, schraubenförmigen Verdichtungs- und Spreizinstrumenten (Spreader) kann horizontal resorbierter Knochen kontrolliert aufgedehnt und spongiöser Knochen sanft verdichtet werden. Damit lässt sich der Kiefer bei optimaler Nutzung der vorhandenen Knochensubstanz ohne aufwändige An- oder Auflagerungsplastik optimal auf das Inserieren aller gängigen Implantate vorbereiten.
