How to use the CreateSpace templates
This tutorial will help authors how to use the CreateSpace (part of Amazon) templates using both the basic and the Formatted versions by downloading from the CreateSpace (CS) site.We will also take a look briefly at the IngramSpark (IS) template sizes to look at your options

Wrt to page numbers and headers, I will do a more detailed tutorial that covers specific formatting issues because it’s a little more technical and I really want to just cover the basics here so you can see the difference between using the formatted versus the basic template and also what the basic template entails. I also wanted to give you my thoughts on formatting and writing at the same time, which I also cover here.
