Savathûn's First Death & Resurrection By The Traveler (Destiny 2 Lore | Lightfall Cutscene)
The memory of Savathûn's final moments before her original death. After being exorcised from her Worm, she supplicates herself before the Traveler. She humbly prays, professing that she has devoted and sacrificed herself to the Traveler.
The silent God of Light hears her prayers and Immaru appears to gift the Light to Savathûn.
What reasons did the Traveler have for doing this? What part might Savathûn have left to play against the Witness? Hopefully all will be revealed with The Final Shape.
