Let's be honest. Some high heels are designed to be more of an accessory than actually for walking. The best example of this is the six-inch or higher heel. The reason that six-inch heels are not designed for walking is because it's very difficult to get the proper foot placement when walking in those heels.
Another reason why the six-inch heels are not designed for walking is that the foot and ankle are anatomically not designed to go to that degree of flexion. So if you want to wear the six-inch heels, limit your walking, plan your evening around the heels, and remember that they truly are more of an accessory.
