Watch This BEFORE You Try Meshtastic OTA Updates!
In this video I walk you through how to perform an OTA firmware update on a Seeed Studio SenseCAP Solar Node (nRF52840 + LoRa) running Meshtastic — and show real-world problems I ran into that left the device stuck in DFU mode (requiring physical access to recover).

• How to prepare and download the correct -ota.zip firmware for nRF52 devices.
• Using the right mobile tool: for Android, the recommended path is the older version of the nRF Connect app (rather than the latest nRF DFU app).
• Step-by-step OTA flashing: scan for the node over Bluetooth → select the DFU icon → choose the OTA firmware zip → wait for the upload → automatic reboot.
• Important tips to avoid failure.
