Enable DockerHub Authentication in Portainer
With the recently announced changes to DockerHub and how Docker will begin enforcing a pull rate limiter for anonymous pulls, its important that you transition to pulling as an authenticated user.
Watch this short video to see how to enable DockerHub Authentication in Portainer. Note that only the Portainer Admin should make this change, as all users inherit the credentials defined (so ideally, use a "service" account, dont use an actual named persons account).
