Today’s workout is all about powerful abs work with controlled crunch variations designed to target your deep core, strengthen your midsection, and start sculpting real definition. Expect slow, intentional movements and that strong shake that reminds you it’s working. We’ll finish with half squats to activate your legs and challenge your endurance just a little more.
