STUDIO VLOG No. 27 // Making My Own Stickers 🐸
Hello everyone and happy Sunday! I hope you are all doing okay. I know the news this week has been heavy for a lot of people, so I'm sending you all a big virtual hug. 💖
Before we dive into it I just wanna make a biiiit of a disclaimer. I filmed, edited and uploaded this video before I saw Cricut's announcement yesterday. I only just got this machine for my 30th birthday as I thought it would be helpful for my small business, give me more freedom and save on upfront costs with making stickers and other products. To me that machine is a lot of money so I was so grateful to get one as a gift especially after losing my part time job lately.
EDIT: Cricut have now addressed this and have decided anyone who has bought a machine and registered online before Dec 2021 will have unlimited image uploads. It's still not great for future users, but at least they can make an informed decision before buying, and people who have just got one or been relying on theirs for years won't be affected now! Sorry for the big rant, but this vlog sort of revolved around me testing out the Cricut, so I wanted to be honest here and warn you in case you were considering getting one yourself.
I felt extra salty after reading the news and was originally gonna include the cricut in the thumbnails and the title but then was like "nah" lol.
Anyway...in this vlog we also do a bunch of drawing and unbox a lot of delightful happy mail! And keep an eye out for a brand new product I unbox for a new collection I'll be releasing in May. 👀
