svchost.exe (netsvcs)
is a process that uses too much of the CPU and you can not even see the process under Task Manager. This video will show you how to locate and open it.
Then under "CPU", select "svchost.exe (netsvcs)"
and expand Services to see wihch process "wuauserv" or "BITS" uses the most of your CPU.
I had two cases so far:
1. svchost.exe (netsvcs) - wuauserv
2. svchost.exe (netsvcs) - BITS
