How to make: Sweet Potato Ooey Gooey Butter Cake/My Way
Hey y'all, this is my version of an Ooey Gooey Butter Cake. I redid Paula Dean's recipe with my own twist to it(sweet potatoes). This recipe came out so delicious it's addictive. Sweet Potato Ooey Gooey Butter Cake
What you will need:
for the crust
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick melted butter
1 egg
for the filling:
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
1stick melted butter
3 eggs
16oz. powdered sugar
My way:
1 15oz. can sweet potatoes
1-1/2 cinnamon
1t nutmeg
1/4t ginger
2t vanilla extract
