Baggage Handler at JFK Airport, Jet Blue Terminal tossing luggage at Jet Blue
While waiting for our flight to leave JFK airport Oct. 20 at 1:30 pm, Flight 1783 at Gate 6 at the Jet Blue terminal, I noticed a suitcase fall off the loading ramp as it almost made it to the top. I also noticed the baggage clerks tossing the luggage, and one falling off the ramp. There was no reason anyones luggage needs to be treated like this. Jet Blue was a pleasure to fly except for this. I wish I had the video running earlier.
