How to use the Autocrat add-on to generate certificates

Most of the systems that I create rely on a Google sheet add-on called Autocrat.
Autocrat is a mail-merge tool that merges data from a spreadsheet into a Google Doc or Slide presentation.
If you have ever done a mail-merge to create envelopes or form letters, that’s basically what Autocrat does.
Together we are going to create a system to generate a simple certificate.
