In this installment of the Dodge A100’s 273ci V8, Junior continues this “sympathetic” restoration by explaining why and installing preferred brass freeze plugs, pressurizing the cylinders to gain access to replacing the valve stem seals and gives the small-block the POR-15 paint restoration it so desperately needs.
Additionally, Junior provides ingenuity by showing some homebuilt tools that you can emulate rather than spending your money on one-time specialty tools.
The proof will come soon once we turn the key in hopes that no further Italian tune-ups will be necessary, and the appearance of hazy blue exhaust disappears.
