Photojojo Canon Lens Mug Sucks!

We gave it props for looking so like the real life thing (http://bit.ly/bLgsrU). Of course we had our held out our real thoughts until we got the item in our actual hands. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that not only did it not bear any Canon labels (we understand licensing and trademark issues so this isn't a huge problem), but that the damned thing's cap COULDN'T even stay ON! How do you expect us to carry this thing around in our bags without all the coffee spilling out? What good is it if it's designed to not be able to cap properly?
We paid $24 for the Camera Lens Mug and $3.09 for the shipping. That's $27.09 in total and what did we get? Being backordered and having to wait nearly a month to receive the product and getting a stupid little dinosaur figurine with the item? That is how Photojojo compensates? If they think a little dinosaur is funny and makes up for it they are kidding no one but themselves. Oh and did we mention it didn't even come in a BOX? No box! We were expecting the same one as the one the folks at AkihabaraNews had (see here: http://bit.ly/djXf49), but it looks like the second run didn't get the nice good treatment - skimping out on the essentials - the CAP!
Needless to say, we are incredibly disappointed at this product. We DON'T recommend it and we are pointing Photojojo out for selling such a defective item WITHOUT stating that it doesn't cap. We have contacted Photojojo for a complete REFUND - as we are completely dissatisfied.
Photojojo, own up to this ridiculousness and give us a refund!
