The 6 minute egg🥚. Foolproof and perfect every time! RECIPE BELOW.

This method will yield you an easy to peel soft boiled egg you can add to just about anything. It's so much easier than trying to poach an egg, is oil free, and can be cleaned up in seconds. Just wipe out your pot and you're done!

Try this on Zest's San Bei Noodle bowl this week, any of the Thai dishes, or the Italian Sausage Style Bake. It might just become your favourite way to make eggs!

The 6 Minute Egg

1️⃣ Boil about 2 cups water for 2 eggs.

2️⃣ Take your eggs straight from the fridge and find the bottom of the egg. Use a knife or pin to poke a hole in the bottom of the egg. This will pop the air sack in the egg which makes your finished product perfectly smooth, as well as makes it easier to peel.

3️⃣ Place in boiling water and boil exactly 6 minutes

4️⃣ Cool in an ice bath for 3 minutes. Peel. (Any longer and the egg will get cold)
