Today, I'm testing viral Instagram recipes. I'm trying out recipes that have been seen by thousands of people to see if they're any good. I'm testing several recipes that look delicious, like brioche-style pancakes, a cheesecake with only 3 ingredients that's quick and easy to make at home, a burrata with frozen tomatoes, and a very spicy watermelon. I'm also making a super creamy cocktail called the "Frozen Espresso Martini" and a recipe for baby carrots that I turn into chips. Have you ever tried "Lasagna Cake"? I've never eaten that before. Will it be good? ... We'll see! :D
