Like a bolt from the blue, Tuva's news feeds were rocked by a criminal incident following the recent elections. A 40-year-old resident of the village of Chaa-Khol shot three young men in the heat of an argument. Two of them died instantly, and the third is currently receiving necessary hospital treatment.
